Cancellation Policy

Still My Heart and Samantha Lott retain all rights to images or video created during sessions. Once you have purchased your high resolution images, you may share them with friends and family digitally, or via printing services. If you have not purchased your images, screenshots or taking pictures of proof images is considered THEFT of intellectual property. Please be courteous in sharing images, and do not do so without the permission of the subject and/or their guardian. Lastly, we encourage you to share your favorite images and leave a tag or mention on social media platforms. Samantha Lott and Still My Heart Photography are NOT responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen property, or any financial or otherwise burdensome claims that may arise during or after your session. Please take all necessary action to prevent these instances from occurring.
